To whom this concerns
After the notification of the new Term Agreement sometime ago that appeared on only some of our TVs ( because my daughter nor son who have Roku got notice) my Roku TV that's not even 2 yrs old just instantly stopped working. I had to factory reset because I couldn't bypass the Agreement. Now it's at "Let's get started" and does nothing.
I've put in 3 new sets of batteries. I've verified with my phone I have a green flash. I've done all the pressing and prompting as indicated, and nothing. Changed the cables, played around with it for a couple hours now for a couple of days, so I can't help but ask...How did a perfectly working TV just STOP working, and froze on this screen??? Nothing bypasses this screen
