I have the Roku Streaming Stick 4k I just received and have installed it.

While watching Spectrum TV, how do you switch quickly back and forth between 2 tv stations I am watching. On the Spectrum remote, it was as simple as pressing the button labeled LAST. I've spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos and on the Roku Chat and nothing has helped. I'm about to give up.

Although it has been frequently requested, normal Roku functionality does not include a quick return to the last viewed channel app. 

To switch between channels viewed within the Spectrum TV app, this function Spectrum would have to have built this capability into the Roku-compatible version of their app.  I can find no mention of this capability on the Spectrum website.

For me, the "rewind" button (<<) goes to the previous channel when using the Spectrum app.
