- Is your Roku device up-to-date? By navigating to Settings>System>Software/System Update>Check now,.
- A system restart is the least invasive reset method. Please press Home>Settings>System> Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step. Select System Restart.
In either case, your Roku device will complete a system restart and hopefully return to normal operation after a moment.
