Hello,
I successfully mirrored the screen from my Alienware laptop with Windows 10 to my 32" TCL Roku TV several times before. Now when I go to do it, my TV does not show up in the displays available to connect. I had it connected through Bluetooth, though through some research I'm thinking that screen mirroring doesn't use Bluetooth anyways. Regardless, I disconnected the TV through Bluetooth and tried to reset what I could. I updated my computer, nothing. No software updates for my TV. I've looked for a few solutions and none of them have worked. Solutions from the official Roku support show that there should be an ability to pair through Bluetooth in the Remotes and Devices page, but there is none. In my system settings, in Remotes and Devices, there is only the ability to pair a remote or various sound systems. I have no option to pair Bluetooth devices. I'm not sure if Bluetooth even has anything to do with screen mirroring, but regardless multiple things seem to be not working.
As far as I can tell nothing changed. I mirrored my screen my from my laptop to my TV yesterday as I am writing this, and now it is not working today. I've seen some other people have similar issues, especially with Bluetooth options not showing up, but I haven't found any solution that worked. My computer and TV are on the same network, and my model number is a TCL model number, 32S327. Not entirely sure what the exact model name of my TV is, but again, I just successfully mirrored my screen and have done os before, so I know it's compatible and possible to do so.
