I like the DEFAULT THEME. I am sick and tired of Roku pushing a change to some goofy, crazy thing I have no interest in. This past week I had to go and find DEFAULT THEME on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. At least give us the option to LOCK our THEME SETTINGS!!!!!

I imagine if someone spent time customizing their Roku look/feel/sounds they would be just as upset if Roku Pushes some junk on them. Same thing. THIS MUST END!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, please make the ability to change the Screen Layout (Direct, Normal, Zoom, Stretch) so it is not buried so deep in Roku TV Menus.

Users should pretty much be able to lock their theme settings by opting out of "Seasonal Wallpapers" and "Sponsored Wallpapers".  Are these no longer working to keep your Wallpapers set?

Some users are reporting no longer having a Theme menu setting (moved to another setting), so not sure if that may be another Roku test feature or part of an update build.  All my devices still on 12.5 have the Theme setting still available.

DId not know about these settings. Will look for them and set them as you indicated.

May I suggests it would be a good idea to go through the menus, and see just what is there? You won't remember where everything located, but you may be able to recall the setting exists so you can go look for it.

So the menus are different. Once in SETTINGS, there is no THEME. On mine I had to go to WALLPAPERS, then there was a row called THEME SETTINGS. That had a box for SEASONAL THEMES, click, select OFF. Also a row for SPONSORED THEMES, same steps.

Also, why does this board require signing in so often, when I said REMEMBER ME. Had to do it last night. Now I had to do it again this morning. Along with the annoying, send me an email and I have to click the link in the email. So sick of these companies impeding routine, legitimate access for users, trying to be password police!

👍.  Thanks for providing the new settings location.  Roku Support pages is still indicating the old location, so not entirely sure why some users have this new location. (Can you provide your OS version and build from Settings/System/About).  This could be a change in OS 13.

As for the new sign-in screen requirement, unfortunately Roku decided to implement two-factor authentication (2FA) in an attempt to provide some better security protocols, and the bugs have not yet been worked out.  

If you are going to be frequenting the forum, (or your online account dashboard) just make a note of the last 5 digits of one of your Roku devices from Settings/System/About. Then when the sign-in screen says it sent a confirmation email, select "use alternative method".  Then enter these 5 digits into the box and you will be taken to the forum (or your dashboard), without having to check the email link.

This is on my HiSense Roku TV. Version 12.5.5 Build 4171-CH

Oh it's Wallpapers & Screensavers. Then Seasonal Wallpapers, Sponsored Wallpapers and also Animated Wallpapers. I set them all to OFF.

Oh, and I had to login again and get another email, even though just a few hours had passed. Very annoying. It's not like this is Ft Knox.
