- Is this the first time you encounter this issue?
- What specific device are you experiencing this kind of issue?
- Did you receive a recent Software Update? If so, what is your current Software Version? To manually check for Software Updates, go to Settings > System > Software Update > Check now.
- Kindly provide us with a short clip or photos showing the issue you're experiencing for reference.
In the meantime, try rebooting your Roku Device. Navigate to your Home Screen, then go to Settings > System > Power (if you don't see the Power Submenu, skip to System Restart).
