Thanks for the post.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.

I'll upload a SS for you make it easier, I've done it many times before (Fix the Prob myself) I have 5 Roku's all ranging from 4K's To Sticks and I've had them for years and pretty much knew what to do up until now.

This is the first time I've had an issue like this continue to stay with me for this long, Always a First..

I have the same problem, ie Roku Ultra updated to version 10, Emby now broken.

How do I roll-back my Roku to the previous version? I saw that a solution was mentioned above, but I see no instructions to carry this out?

Ok I got it fixed. Per Emby you need to install the Emby Beta app :

Roku SW version 10.0.0 Build 4150-46 causes Emby to not work (Beta FW) - Please test beta 4.0.22+ - ...

You'll be surprised (Or Not) to know with no updates and nothing done on my end it's like the mystery traffic line, it just started working again as it stopped working.. technical marvels at its best.

I do thank you for your help. I will keep you informed if the problem arises again.
