We understand that you're having issues with Roku Live TV going to sleep mode. We're glad to assist.

Could you tell us the steps you have taken so far? What specific device is affected by this issue? And when did you start having this issue?

Additionally, we would recommend that you give the below troubleshooting steps a try:

  1. Power-cycle your Roku player: unplug it from the wall power outlet and plug it back in.
  2. Check for updates. Go to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now
  3. Restart your Roku player. Go to Settings > System > Power (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System Restart.

Please keep us posted on what you find out.
