This seems like it should be illegal. It is certainly unethical. It shouldn't be binding. Would someone be bound by this if their child hit agree because he wanted to watch cartoons? I am going to check with my state consumer protection department.
yeah i can no longer use my tv. It won’t allow me to accept the terms. It’s just stuck
I'm interested in how many people would like to join me in a class action l--suit on roku. Bricking my television with their new dispute resolution terms that you cannot bypass. Therefore, making your TV u bought with your hard-earned money. Useless, I've contacted lawyers and we'll be getting back with them next week. My laws--t will also include Tc l because they are the manufacturer of my television. They must give us away through the television to disagree and continue to use our television. Because they don't. It's illegal therefore I am Taking action against them.

@mlewis49 exactly! My 2-year old hit the Enter button because he was holding the remote, so there went that! I’ll send the letter in this week but they are not getting a copy of my receipt, that seems absurd
Sent this fcc complaint:
Have 2 roku dependent tvs. New terms of service popped up on tv. Cant deny if disagree only agree or message stays on tv screen and cant use tv. Can opt out if you do this: Dispute Resolution Terms

Who cant see this or hear how to opt out by mail? Why force us to do the mail in to them with our tv info, our personal info, etc when they know who has roku tv to send that message? Lots of complaints. Not fair. So we are stuck agreeing and then write them to opt out within 30 days or no tv. Have less than a month to go.
So cant deny on tv but have to do all this to deny? So will we be able to use our tv after all this? Why no deny button and still be able to use tv? We have to send our info about our tv, our info too to roku company for a purchased tv to opt out? A tv company? What about disabled blind persons?
