After the update to 11.5 Auto-CEC stopped working on my Ultra(4802X) and overall performance has dropped. Roku Channel takes longer to load to name one and the remote pro drains faster then before. Update with 11.5 on my other devicers work great.
Try refreshing cec devices in the Tv settings?

We would be more than happy to investigate this issue further but will need more detailed information. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

When I use the home button on the remote it does not switch to the ultra on hdmi 2. Before the update this was not an issue. Overall performance seems to have decreased also in use. I don’t have this issue with my 4k+ stick.

Was this ever resolved? I have 2 Samsung TVs that both started having HDMI-CEC issues 2 days ago (which is when the player shows it upgraded the firmware to 11.5.0). The CEC is intermittent at best. Very frustrating. I’ve tried changing HDMI ports, cycling the power supply for the TV and Stick.
