I have the exact same issue! It took me a while to figure out that the Roku was causing the speaker to not work correctly and disconnect. What did you do to fix that? I have an LG sound system.
Hi @Fardos
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community!
We want to learn more about the issue you are experiencing with your Roku Ultra, which is causing the speaker to not work correctly and to disconnect.
Refer to these questions to better identify the issue you're experiencing.
However, if your Roku Ultra is causing your LG sound system to disconnect or not work properly intermittently, the issue could be related to incompatible audio settings, outdated firmware on either device, a weak wireless connection, or a problem with the HDMI cable connecting them.
Please keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,
Chel
When we plugged in the Roku the issue started.
Network is the same, roku & tv are updated.
The issue only appears when we use the roku. When we switch to use the Netflix app thru the Tv app it happens again, but when we go to the home screen on the tv the roku dominates the output, we didnt select the HDMI or roku & it switchs to the roku. So the roku has been unplugged for a week now & no issues. Playing on the gaming console using the hdmi connect it works just fine. It only happens when the roku is plugged in. It stays on even though it is not in use or selected.
Thanks for the response, @Fardos!
