When I try to update my Roku Ultra 4640X from version 12.55.5 to version 13.0.0, the software seems to download and install but when the box reboots, the box boots twice. After two restarts, checking for software update shows that version 12.55.5.4174 is still running.
Do I need a new box?
Would a factory reset solve issues?
I experience program interruptions (watching 4K 60fps HDR10 streams) with this combination of software and hardware. I am hoping that updating the software will resolve the issues.
