I'm paying subscription for what if it keeps crashing not letting see anything on live or record video & send me notifications not cool.

We understand that you are having trouble with your Roku camera, that you are not seeing the live stream or cloud recordings, and you are not getting notifications. We'd be more than happy to find you the best course of action regarding your issue.

Before we continue, could you please tell us the following details:

  • When did you start to notice the issue?
  • Did you get an update before this issue occurred?
  • Are you getting error codes or error messages?

In the meantime, we suggest you try these troubleshooting steps that can help you to resolve the issue.

  1. Make sure that your Roku Camera is connected to 2.4Ghz network frequency. If not, you need to contact your internet service provider.
  2. Uninstall the Roku Smart Home app and install it back.
  3. Restart your Roku Camera. Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera > Wait 10 seconds > Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera.
