Hi, I bought a Roku Express media player with Prime Video, Disney +, HBO GO, Roku Chanel in mind and I have to admit that I was disappointed because although the player is amazing, it does not support any of these channels in Poland. What is the chance that with the next update these channels will appear, if not then I will have to part with the player.

It's not an update that's needed.  Roku would have to add Poland to the list of officially supported countries and when or if that will ever occur is anyone's guess.  Roku rarely announces their plans until right before or right after they take effect.

Also it is possible for a content developer to make their Roku channel available outside of areas that Roku themselves support, but that seems fairly rare.  And like, Roku, they probably don't pre-announce such intentions.
