so i know the 2022 model of the roku ultra has the voice activated remote and the headphone jack. i dont really need the voice features is there any major differences between the 4800R roku ultra and the new 2022 release of the ultra?

all i need is ethernet a usb port and a Headphone jack just cant find much info on what differences if any the new 2022 version of the ultra has the 4800R would be around 80-90$ new compared to the 99$ of the 2022 ultra if it matters

so whats the difference between the 4800R and the 4802R?

Generally, when a model number only differs in the last digit (ignore the trailing letter(s) which are even more meaningless) it just indicates that it comes with different accessories.  I believe the 4800 came with a Voice Remote that takes two AA batteries whereas the 4802 comes with the Voice Remote Pro which is rechargeable.   The player itself is identical.

If the headphone jack is important to you then you need a model that comes with at least the Voice Remote and if you're planning on using it a lot the extra money for the Pro version may be well spent as the headphones tend to eat batteries.
