When I turned on the Roku today, it asked me to enter a number in my account which I did, What came up was a lot of questions trying to sell me other service. Once the Roku was opened, I say that I lost all my Netflix and Eventive accounts. How do I get them back?

Please be advised that you can get back in with your subscribed accounts by putting in the credentials that you used from the said channels. It is possible that you have been signed out, but you still have those accounts as long as you sign back in.
