Kindly provide us with the following details:
- OS version of your TCL Roku TV (If the latest version is 13, we recommend you perform a software update. How to update the software on your Roku streaming device)
- Model and iOS/OS version of your mobile device (Please ensure that your mobile device is up to date)
- Does the TCL Roku TV just not show up on the device list, or do you see an error when trying to screen mirror?
