Purchased theme is missing

I had purchased the Star Trek original series theme for my Roku 3 device a while ago and it has been working fine. Now the theme is missing and I cannot find a way to get it back. It is no longer listed as themes on my device.

We see that you purchased the Start Trek original series theme for your Roku 3 device.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Does the issue only occur on Star Trek series theme or all the themes? what is your device OS/Version?

In addition, can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue?
