Privacy Policy banner won’t let me select ‘Okay’

The privacy policy banner won’t go away on my screen. It says ‘Privacy Policy updated. Select ‘OK’ to view and accept the new policy. 

But it won’t let me select okay. Instead it’s just selecting all the things behind it like Netflix and other apps.

Have you tried restarting your device by pulling out the power cord and plugging it back in?
