We are having the same issue as all who posted here. I did everything you have listed above and the online instructions and it doesn’t work.

Thanks for the post.

We would be more than happy to investigate the issue further, but we will need more details. Can you please provide us the following information:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
  • tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
  • steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

I'm having the same problem. Scanned the QR and uploaded photos from my gallery but they aren't showing up. All I get are the preset forrest and beach photos.

Same issue here as well. My photostream has working great for months. Then today it suddenly changed to a picture of a beach and a forest trail.

I’ve done the same thing and when my tv goes to idle mode all that pops up is the purple screen saying photo streams and then goes back to the screen on my Roku, I’ve done ever step to set it up but it will not stay on my screen and show my photos…

i have followed all steps exactly and only showing the beach and Forrest once my screensaver shows on the screen.
