I changed my daughter's TV to needing a pin now. I went to the parental controls section, did all the restrictions and blocked what I wanted blocked. I then went back on the TV to check if it worked and the things I had blocked like rated R movies and such are still able to get accessed. I went to the links that come up to help and nothing is working. She doesn't remember her password for her email because it's been years since the account was made. I've tried everything and nothing is working. Please help

The PIN you set in the Roku account only affects The Roku Channel.  If you or she uses other apps it won't have an effect.

It's not clear what her email password has to do with anything.  I assume her TV is linked to a Roku account that you control and the email address displayed under Settings->System->About is yours.
