After you make a change on your account at https://my.roku.com it's probably a good idea to restart your Roku device from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate). Also, make sure your device is really linked to the Roku account you think it is by checking the email address displayed under Settings->System->About. As for support, choose the option that refers to "Account, billing and subscriptions" at https://support.roku.com/contactus . It may be best to try to reach someone during business hours Pacific time.
