Roku's OS 11 release notes list this new feature as "Introducing Roku Photo Streams (U.S.)", indicating that it is available only in the U.S. at this point. Same for "Expanded Content Discovery (U.S.)".
I can't even see those release notes - the link just redirects to support.roku.com. I guess those of us outside the US aren't even supposed to know about the new features, let alone use them.
