Insufficient power or low power do not use USB port notification

For the past 3 weeks I have been losing connection to my wireless service on my Roku Express, all of a sudden I started to get, insufficient power notice saying not to use USB. I have it plugged directly to the wall using the power cable and cube. I have tried multiple power cables and cubes, multiple TV's, multiple outlets and still getting the same notice. How can I fix this? Also getting a white blinking light on the Express itself.

Please reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku device. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. Once we have the information needed, we'll forward it to our team who will assist you further.

We look forward to your response.
