Our roku 4 just updated and all of a sudden, we can't turn it off and the TV off button doesn't work either! why should I have to unplug it? that makes no sense 😠

I’ve never owned a Roku 4, but I’ve read that it was the only Roku model that had a “power off”.  I wonder if they removed it because they didn’t want to carry special code for a 7-year-old player in their codebase. You might see if it has an option to go into a low power mode after inactivity.  (Settings -> System -> Power -> auto power savings.)
