Trying to contact customer support is an endless loop meant to take you nowhere. I need to contact support for an RMA, but there is no email or return form that displays. What kind of a ripoff company is this?

To be able to check your Roku RMA number, go to the Roku support website, navigate to the "Contact Us" section, and select the "Return/Replace" option; you can also chat/phone contact them through those support pages to check on the status.
