No app on Roku Home screen

I do not have Home Screen or app order in my settings, any suggestion? Tku

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We noticed in your post that you are not getting an app order on your Roku home screen. We would like to take a closer look at this issue.

Could you please provide us with the following details below to investigate the issue further?

  • Photo of your TV screen showing the issue. How do I insert an image in a post
  • Model and software version of your Roku device/TV (This can be located by going through Settings > System > About)
  • When this issue started to happened

In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

Restart your Roku device/TV:

  1. Press Home 
     
    on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart
