Netflix stopped supporting our 2016 smart tv, connected via internet wireless, tv has hdmi ports. Can we use Roku to access Netflix or not?

Roku has a Netflix app, just make sure if you get a Roku, you get one of the newer generation versions of the device as older models of Roku devices won't support the newer apps.

You can always connect another Roku device to your TV.
