Buenas noches necesito ayuda para actualizar o deke manera hago para que mi Roku me deje ver el apprt de Netflix será ue wsviejo  no se necesito ayuda gracias mi Roku modelo 2710x

The Roku 2710 was released in 2013, and can run Roku operating system version 11.5, but cannot run the latest version of the operating system which require newer devices with better capabilities.  The last update for that device was September 2022 and the model is now considered obsolete, and Roku no longer supports that model.   Most newer apps will no longer work on that device, which is likely why Netflix is not working on your 2710.  Some apps may still continue to work for a while, but unfortunately, it is time for you to upgrade your device.

There is nothing you can do to make Netflix work on a 2710. That Roku is now 13 years old and no longer supported by Roku or most providers.
