After the latest update the my feed will show the number 1 beside it like there is an update to a show I have followed but there is nothing new there. How do I get it to stop?

We would recommend trying to perform a manual update on your Roku device to see if you are still unable to see view your feed content.

Thank you for the fast response. It updated about a week ago, that's when the problem started. I have checked for manual update every day since and get the message that my roku is up to date.

Can you please provide us with the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team.
