I unplugged the power and then plugged it in again. But nothing. I changed the batteries. But nothing. It will not power on. Any suggestions?
Which Roku model do you own? Are you 100% sure it’s not on? Do not see any power lights on the device?
The model is Roku Expr3es 4K+ 3941R.
No power. No light. Nada.
Do you have it plugged straight into the wall? Or are you using USB power? How long ago did you purchase it? If it was less than 12 months it’s under warranty

Try to eliminate a power supply issue.
1. Verify plugged into wall outlet, not TV USB power port.
2. Try using another power adapter. (cell phone charger 5v, 1amp)
3. Try using another power cable . (cell phone charging cable with micro USB on end that connects to player).
4. Move the entire unit to a different room and plug it in. (perhaps outlet is tripped, on GFI, etc or other issue). Probably not case if your TV is on though, obviously.

If the above does not work, then likely a failed device requiring replacement. If under a year, should qualify for warranty replacement.

Is the TV turned on and set to the correct input? I'm just pointing out that the light is not really a power indicator. I can press buttons on my Roku remote and the light on my 3941 won't come on unless the TV is turned on and set to the Roku input.
