Thanks for reaching out here in the Roku Community and sharing this concern of yours with us. Are you receiving any error code when attempting to update the system on your Roku TV? What Roku OS version are you currently on?
Likewise, you can perform a system restart to resolve this issue. To do this, go to Settings > System > System Restart. After this, kindly check and see if you can update your Roku device.
