Just checking, you know you don't need a Roku TV to connect a Streambar, right? It's kind of redundant, although I'm doing the same thing with a 50" TCL Roku TV I'm basically using as a dumb TV. I would say the basic idea of a Streambar is to add a Roku device + soundbar to a TV that doesn't already have Roku capability.
If you really want a Roku TV, the 32" TCL has an HDMI ARC port:

I'm not necessarily recommending TCL as I've seen plenty of complaints about them here, but I have a 32" that's several years old and a 50" that's over a year old that I've been pretty pleased with.
