Just bought my Hisense 65” Roku TV yesterday but it will not update to the latest software. My other Roku TV’s have been able to get the software update. I can not use certain apps without the update.
You can try downloading the update and putting it on a USB flash drive - https://tvupdate.roku.com/
Another thing to try is connecting your TV to your phone's hotspot if possible just to get the update and then switch back to your network.

This is a slow hand clap to the idiotic Roku team for breaking something that was working fine.
Wednesday 19th October 2022, Roku update reset all my settings and then to top that the latest update gets itself stuck in a loop.
