Is there a way to set a hard limit on how many hours my Roku can be turned on?

I want to limit the amount of time my children spend watching TV.

Is there a way in which i can schedule turn on and off time or the maximum amount of time the device can be turned on per day.

No, but many routers have parental controls like that.
