In addition, we would also like to know the make and model of the router and modem. This will help us investigate the issue more closely.
Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to your response.

My router is an Airport Express 2, but I think it does not matter, I even tried connecting the Roku to another network, even to my phone hotspot, but same result.
Hope there is a fix soon, because it was the main reason I bought a Roku Express instead of a Fire TV.
Me too…..
Have new Roku Express 4k
Model 3940EU2
software 14.0.4 build 12221-E4
GC version 12.5.25
Issue no. ID N3-441-746
One of the reasons for buying it was ability to screen mirror from my iPhone. However this feature doesn’t work on either of my phones or iPad.
It looks like it will work initially as it’s immediately found and throws up a code. However the codes are never, ever accepted regardless of which device I choose.
Changing to password doesn’t work as it just refuses to accept that too.
Trying the HomeKit route also fails for the same reason. Code not accepted.
I’ve tried off/on again and manual update. No joy.
I see this is a recurring issue for some over several years and I assume my Roku is defective?
Suggestions/advice welcomed, worth trying to get this unit replaced or just return as defective for credit?

Yeah, it is so frustrating. I even tried to create a new Roku account in other region, factory reset my Roku (I did that quite a few times), disable IPv6, ... And it is always the same, HomeKit does not accept the code, and Airplay ask again and again for the code on iOS even if you write the correct one.
Nothing seems to work. It seems that is only a Roku Express problem but not sure about that.
I guess that the best solution is to return the device. (I'm already looking for apple tvs)
