I have a Roku stick plugged into a TV. Can i use multiple devices with just the one stick?

I don't know what you mean by operating multiple devices. You can connect as many devices to your TV as you have connections available. The Roku Stick remote is only going to control the Roku Stick, and perhaps the TV power and volume if you program the remote to do so. But the Stick itself can't "operate" any other device.
