There is a gray bar on TV help

Is this a thin line, or fairly wide? Since you said bar I'm assuming the latter.

The odds are this is a hardware, not software issue. Roku does not manufacture or sell the TVs, they only provide the operating system. For hardware issues you have to work with the manufacturer. Hopefully it's new enough to be under warranty.
