We appreciate you bringing this to our attention about ads on Roku devices.
We would be more than happy to look further into this issue. Does the issue only occur on specific or all channels on your Roku device? When did you notice the issue occur?
Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)
