Re: Email Announcing Privacy Policy Update
I'd just like to opt out of them selling my information they collected. And thx Roku for warning me that when I signed up for a "trial subscription" thru one of the streaming service you offer, you sell my information again. Won't make that mistake again.

Re: Email Announcing Privacy Policy Update
I believe the current administration eliminated the (CFPB Consumer Protection Agency). They acted on complaints of consumer fraud.

Re: Email Announcing Privacy Policy Update
They're trying to cover their a** for when they go to court...and somehow I'm thinking it's definitely going to court for deliberately hiding the document, and refusing to provide a REAL address to access that document. And not giving the customer the right to choose another service by only providing 6 days to respond. Definitely illegal. And they know it. This must be a delay tactic for some reason.

Re: Email Announcing Privacy Policy Update
extortion after the purchase, My 2018 TCL 55" class 6-series 4k ROOKU smart tv - 55r613 has been hijacked by ROKU and it feels like DEVICE Rape by ROKU with them changing the menu to force constant connection for DRM on old TV's and they got exclusion with forced binding arbitration and decided to push Fooking Ads on me SEVEN years after purchase. They have invalidated DRM/4K unless they can keep constant connection to update to control consumers TV's. It is an intrusion, They changed my TV menus to **bleep** without asking owners and have far exceeded any common manufacturer right they may have deserved being platform creator. If they think they can do as they please just because they loaded sucky menu software, THINK AGAIN, I will NEVER EVER buy Roku devices again EVER!!!

Re: Email Announcing Privacy Policy Update
DRM is not under the control of Roku or any other TV maker. It’s the broadcasters that are forcing DRM. Roku is ensuring your TV will still work with DRM protected content.
