Cannot stream from search

Why can we not choose a streaming service to play a searched movie or show on anymore? This happened today 11/18/24. I used to be able to search say “inside out” and click on Disney+ and it would take me straight to it. That’s not an option anymore.

  • Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
  • What specific troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?

For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend restarting your Roku device from the Settings menu by navigating to Home > Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
