My TCL Roku TV turns on, you can see the Home Screen and after a few seconds the screen will turn black. I was watching TV on it and all of a sudden the screen went black. I have tried hitting the reset button on the side of the TV, didn’t work; I’ve tried unplugging it for a few minutes and for a couple of hours, both didn’t work; I have even held the power button down for a minute and still didn’t work. Anybody got any ideas?

If you are experiencing an issue where your Roku TV screen will not turn on, this may be related to a hardware problem. Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
