Hi @Ahanzl,
Thank you for your first post here in the Roku Community!
We understand you're having a problem with the backdrops feature. We're happy to investigate. Is this happening on a specific album, or does it always occur? Have you tried restarting your Roku device or updating the software on it?
In the meantime, you may try these steps below:
How to set a collection as your Backdrop
- In the Backdrops app, choose a collection you like by clicking on it (e.g., Claude Monet)
- At the top of the collection page, select "Set as Backdrop" or "Start Backdrops."
a. Select Set as Backdrop to set this collection as your Backdrop collection.
b. Then select Start Backdrops to display your Backdrops collection.
For more information, check out this support article on using backdrops on your Roku streaming devices.
Backdrops require a stable internet connection to work well. If you continue to have issues after confirming that your internet is working well, please keep us posted.
All the best,
John
