Backdrop crashes after a few hours
I have a Hisense TV and my backdrop app keeps crashing & goes back to the Home Screen, I have to manually restart it. Tried updating….already all up to date, tried disabling and then when I opened back up the app and it’s enabled again w/o me enabling it but yet it never comes back up unless I do it manually. Then it will run for a few hrs before crashing again.

Could you share a bit more info about this?
- When did you start noticing the problem?
- Have there been any recent updates before this happened? If so, can you please provide the latest software version of your Roku? (It can be found in Settings > System > About).
- Are there any error messages you're seeing? Perhaps a photo can help us take a closer look.
