Yes, us too, a form of torture. We have followed all instructions multiple times, no resolution. I'm about to heave the stick.
PS. I have sold numerous people on Roku, but that's over. Roku doesn't seem to care much, and you can't talk to them.

next suggestion? We’d like to disable the function permanently.
Ok on Settings, Arrow down to Accessibility, Ok on Accesssibility, Arrow down to Screen reader, Ok, Arrow down to Off, Ok
