AirPlay Issue - No Audio with Coursera videos
Model Number 3820EU
Software Version 11.0.0.4193
Device ID S09241A0G1U6
Serial Number X0170010 G1U6
Issue ID U6-355-419
I've tried force setting audio to Stereo, it didn't help.
Steps to reproduce:
Expected: video and audio are played
Actual: video plays w/o audio
Here’s one quick fix:
1- pull up the video of interest within the course
2- click on the settings icon within the video (You may have to pause the video if autoplay is enabled)
3- select the drop down next to ‘video quality’
4- change the selection from ‘automatic’ to 720p (the video will likely restart)
5-click on the AirPlay icon to watch video.
You should be able to hear the sound and see the video from this point forward. I think these steps will have to be repeated for each video.
Hope this helps!
Awesome, it works!
I consider it a workaround, and will wait for Roku to implement a proper solution.
It's still not optimal with all these steps that have to be repeated for each video, but it at least allows watching Coursera on big screen.
Thanks now it works !
Gotta be on 540 p video settings. Gotta do it every video, every time
contacted them twice
