- What is your device's OS version?
- Does the issue occur only on a specific channel or all the channels installed on your Roku device?
- Are you encountering any error codes or messages?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?
- Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu, navigating to Settings > System > Power System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
