Adding a new subscription channel

Roku is our TV provider.  I am trying to add NFL to our channels.  The screen directs us to enter a code, which I did and now NFL shows as installed, however we still can't access the channel.  It gives us another code to go to nfl.com/activate.  I did that and entered the code.  It comes up Select your Service Provider.  Roku is not oe of them.  What now??

Re: Adding a new subscription channel

Roku is not a service provider.  A service provider is a cable company or one of the cable alternatives like FuboTV, Sling, Philo, etc.

Roku makes little computers that connect to your TV.  That's pretty much it.  It's not a service.
