My ONN TV keeps shutting off unexpectedly and remains stuck on the intro screen before restarting. I suspect the recent storm might have affected it, but I'm not sure. Could there be any solutions to fix this issue, or is replacing the TV my only option?

For this matter, we recommend plugging the Roku TV directly to a wall outlet or try another socket to see if this helps.
