surround sound no sound coming from speakers after connecting

Hope someone can help me as I have had no luck with the online chat. they keep telling me to do the same thing over and over. agent left the chat then a new agent came on and told me I can't pair 2 wireless speakers w/ a soundbar only 1. that makes no sense to me. I have a Roku TV, Roku smart soundbar, and 2 wireless Roku speakers. I can get everything to connect to the TV and all show up as connected, but I cannot get any sound to play through the speakers. it reverts back to soundbar only and it appears there is no option to select both soundbar and speakers. The site says you can use the wireless speakers to create surround sound, but it's not working. Help if you can! Thank you in advance.
